The Longevity Registry is an independently maintained editorial resource. The presentation of providers, procedures and price ranges is intended for orientation and transparency. It does not constitute medical advice, an endorsement, a rating or advertising for any provider or treatment. Information is drawn from publicly available sources and from the providers themselves. Never has so much been promised about living longer. And never has it been harder to tell who's actually serious about it.
The Longevity Registry brings some order to that. An independent directory of longevity clinics across the United States, sorted by city, therapy and goal. With researched profiles, clearly marked verification and a direct line to the clinic.
And the knowledge you'd want before a first appointment. What's proven, what's still being studied, and what's simply fashion. Set out honestly, in plain language.
For clinics, it's where trust becomes visible. Not through self-promotion, but through review. And they're found where people look now: on Google, and in the answers AI gives.
A good place in this registry can't be bought. It has to be earned. Because trust here isn't a matter of budget. It's a matter of proof.
The Longevity Registry. Fewer promises. More certainty.

§03 — Principle & seal
Listed or verified — the difference is visible.
Inclusion in this registry is free — and it stays free. We research every provider against fixed criteria: current primary board certification in a relevant specialty, transparency about diagnostics and the evidence behind them, and genuine availability for patients over time.
Providers who want to carry the seal go through a review: submit documentation, we reconcile the claims, we publish the result with a date. We charge for that work. We do not charge for its outcome. A provider who does not meet the criteria receives no seal — including after paying.
Physician credentials, services and diagnostics were reconciled against submitted documentation. The seal records that a review took place, and the date it happened.
Researched and included by us — free of charge and without any action by the provider. Visible, but without a confirmed documentation review.
Transparency
The review process, its date and its criteria are public.
Independence
Inclusion, review and placement are three separate processes. Paid visibility never changes an assessment.
Orientation
Readers see immediately which claims have been checked against documentation.

What readers ask most.
Answers on longevity medicine in the United States — compact, evidence-based, without marketing.
No. What is paid for is the review, not its outcome. We reconcile board certification, scope of practice and diagnostic claims against submitted documentation and publish the result with a date. A provider that does not meet the criteria receives no seal, and the review fee is not refunded, because the review took place. Inclusion in the registry itself is always free. Paid tiers add depth to a profile. They never change its placement or its assessment.
A lab-panel membership runs roughly $350 to $600 per year. A whole-body MRI screen is commonly $1,200 to $2,600. A full one-day assessment with imaging and physician review sits between $5,000 and $15,000, and annual membership programs range from $15,000 to $40,000 and above. Hospital executive health programs start lower, from around $1,200. Reputable providers publish a written cost breakdown before you book.
A licensed MD or DO — most often trained in internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology or sports medicine — who focuses on prevention and healthspan rather than treating existing disease. There is no protected specialty title. Supplemental credentials such as ABAARM or IFM certification are meaningful only on top of primary board certification, never instead of it.
Four warning signs: no verifiable primary board certification; hormone or peptide prescriptions without comprehensive prior testing; aggressive supplement upselling; and vagueness about total cost. A clinic that cannot tell you who reviews your results and what happens if something abnormal is found is not running a clinical program.
Generally no. Most longevity diagnostics and therapies are paid out of pocket. Individual components ordered for a documented medical indication may be billable, and hospital executive health programs can bill part of their clinical services. Confirm coverage with the provider and your plan before you book.
Through paid verification and editorial tiers purchased by providers. Inclusion is free and never conditional on payment. We publish no display advertising and accept no commission on appointments or treatments.

Longevity, preventive medicine, healthspan, biomarkers, epigenetics, VO2max, ApoB, DEXA scans, liquid biopsy — the field has no shortage of terminology, and even more providers.
