Peptide therapy

Targeted peptide protocols for recovery and metabolic modulation.

TherapyEvidence B2 providers documented

What happens

Short amino-acid chains — for example BPC-157, CJC-1295 or ipamorelin — injected or taken orally to modulate growth-hormone release, tissue repair or appetite.

How to read the result

A minority of peptides are approved drugs with strong trial data. Most protocols offered in longevity clinics are prescribed off-label or compounded, on mechanistic reasoning and case experience.

Where it stops

Several peptides in circulation were removed from the FDA's permissible compounding list. Purity and dose accuracy depend entirely on the compounding pharmacy, and long-term safety data are largely absent.

Before you book

Three questions to ask

  1. 01Is this peptide an approved drug, compounded, or research-grade?
  2. 02Which pharmacy compounds it, and can I see the certificate of analysis?
  3. 03What outcome would tell us it is not working, and when do we stop?
