Editorial inclusion, never paid placement
Every entry is researched and written by us from public materials and provider documentation. A provider cannot buy an entry, cannot buy a position in a list, and cannot have an accurate entry removed.
About
Longevity medicine has no regulator. It should at least have a record.
The Longevity Registry documents who practices longevity medicine in the United States, what they actually offer, and what it costs — in one consistent vocabulary, so two clinics can be compared without translating their marketing. We are an editorial publication, not an accreditation body and not a booking platform.

Who publishes this registry
The Longevity Registry is an independent editorial publication. Its sister publication for Germany, Austria and Switzerland is longevitypraxen.de. Both work to the same method and the same rules on money.
We are not physicians, and we don’t assess clinical quality. We compile, structure and publish what practices state about themselves, check it against public records where we can, and say plainly where our income comes from.

Four rules we do not trade away

No rankings, no ratings, no best-of lists
We publish no scores and no stars, and none appear in our structured data. Every list is sorted alphabetically. The seal is shown on an entry; it never moves it.

Documented, or not stated
If we cannot document a procedure, a price or a credential, it does not appear. Gaps in the registry are visible on purpose rather than filled with assumptions.

The reader initiates every contact
We do not sell leads, broker appointments or take commission on programmes. Outbound links to providers carry nofollow.
Method
How an entry comes to exist
Sourcing
Provider websites, state licensing records, hospital directories, professional associations and the providers' own documentation.
Recording
Category, city, procedures, disclosed price band and the physician responsible, mapped to the same thirteen procedures across all entries.
Review cycle
Verified entries are re-reviewed every twelve months. The seal carries its review date and expires without renewal.
Corrections
Providers and readers can dispute any statement. Factual corrections are made within two business days, whether or not the provider pays for anything.
Funding
How the registry earns money
Providers can buy two things, and neither can change an editorial judgement: a verification review and an expanded profile — Verified & documented or Editorial. Both are quoted individually. There is no advertising, no affiliate revenue and no lead sales.
Listing is free. Verification is a paid review; payment does not influence its outcome.

What we are not
- Not medical advice. Nothing here replaces a consultation with a licensed physician.
- Not an accreditation body. Our seal has no legal or regulatory standing.
- Not complete. The registry grows only as fast as we can research it properly.
