How to read the result
Validated monogenic findings change management: they trigger earlier and more frequent surveillance, and they matter for family members. That is where the clinical value sits today.
Where it stops
Polygenic scores are derived mostly from European-ancestry cohorts and perform poorly outside them; they shift risk estimates without changing standard care. Results carry family implications and deserve genetic counselling, not a PDF.
