Questions coaches ask us
Do I need a medical license?
No. Coaches are listed as coaches. Your profile states clearly that coaching does not replace medical care, and we don't list coaches who diagnose or prescribe.
Which credentials count?
Recognized coaching certifications such as NBC-HWC, relevant degrees in nutrition, exercise science or psychology, and documented experience. We review each application individually.
Does a paid plan get me a better review?
No. The review is the same for every plan, and every list is sorted alphabetically. Plans add content to your profile, never a better position or assessment.
Can I coach online only?
Yes. Online coaches appear in the "Online" hub and in every method hub that fits.
How do inquiries reach me?
On Pro and Premium, the inquiry form on your profile sends requests directly to your email.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be canceled at the end of any month. Annual plans run for twelve months.
