What the membership sets out to do

Biograph builds its membership around four conditions that account for most years lost in later life: heart disease, cancer, metabolic dysfunction and neurodegenerative disease. Each visit bundles imaging, lab work and physical testing into one day, followed by a one-to-one review of the results with a physician.

The idea is simple: find what is measurable early, while there is still time to act on it. The membership then keeps you in contact with the clinical team instead of ending with a report.

Our take

What stands out. Few programs put whole-body MRI, DEXA, VO2 max and cardiovascular imaging into a single visit, and fewer still pair it with a physician who walks you through the results. For a baseline you can measure against for years, that combination is hard to beat.

What to weigh up. More imaging finds more, including harmless findings that can lead to further tests. Whole-body MRI and multi-cancer blood tests are promising, but neither has yet been shown in large trials to extend life in people without symptoms. Ask how incidental findings are handled before you book. Whole-body MRI screening → · Multi-cancer early detection →

Who it suits — and who it doesn't. A strong fit if you want one thorough baseline and can travel to San Francisco or New York. Less of a fit if you are looking for ongoing hormone or weight management close to home; the directory will get you there faster. Find a clinic near you →

What it costs

Biograph does not publish membership prices; you receive them during sign-up. For orientation: a thorough longevity workup in the U.S. typically sits in the low to high four figures, depending on how much imaging is included. Cost guide →

AFTER THE BASELINE

The visit ends. Your numbers don't.

A baseline is only as useful as the next measurement. Take your results to a longevity physician you can see regularly, and repeat the same markers in six to twelve months.

Questions about the Biograph membership

What is the Biograph membership?
A physician-led diagnostic membership. Each visit combines imaging, lab work and physical tests focused on heart disease, cancer, metabolic dysfunction and brain health, followed by a one-to-one results review.
What is the difference between Core and Black?
Core is a comprehensive baseline with more than 20 assessments, including whole-body MRI, DEXA and VO2 max. Black adds coronary CT angiography, low-dose lung CT, a multi-cancer blood test, a brain health assessment, mid-year labs, sleep testing and continuous glucose monitoring, for more than 30 assessments in total.
Where is Biograph available?
In the San Francisco Bay Area and in New York City.
How much does Biograph cost?
Biograph does not publish its prices. They are shared during sign-up.
Is a whole-body MRI worth it?
It can detect some conditions early, but it also produces incidental findings that may lead to further tests. Large trials showing a survival benefit in people without symptoms are still lacking. Discuss with the physician how findings are followed up.
What happens after the visit?
Members get a physician-led results review and ongoing access to the clinical team. For long-term follow-up, many people also see a longevity physician close to home.
