The Longevity Registry is an independently operated editorial directory. It is not a government register, not a certification body, and not affiliated with any public authority, medical board, or accreditation organization. The word “Registry” in the name refers to the curated nature of the directory and confers no official status on listed entities.

Paid Services and Commercial Relationships

Inclusion in this registry is free. Nobody pays to be listed.

Providers can pay for two things: a verification review, in which we reconcile their public claims against submitted documentation, and an expanded profile. Neither buys a better position. Lists are sorted alphabetically, and payment never changes an assessment. Every paid profile is labeled as such on the listing.

We don’t sell advertising, take commission on appointments or treatments, or sell leads.
