How the practice works
Breaux Medical offers proactive, relationship-based care for people who want more time and attention than a standard insurance visit allows. It is meant to work alongside your primary care physician, not instead of them.
Everything starts with an Initial Health Assessment that looks at your history, your goals and key biomarkers. From there you either join one of three 12-week programs or move into year-round care. Within that relationship, the physician can diagnose, prescribe, order labs and imaging, and refer you to specialists when it makes clinical sense.
Three focused programs, one ongoing option
Longevity Baseline
12 weeks. Focus: your longevity baseline and first priorities.
Metabolic Mastery
12 weeks. Focus: metabolic health.
Hormone Optimization
12 weeks. Focus: hormonal health.
Annual Health Management
12 months. Annual reassessment, quarterly monitoring and visits, ongoing clinical management.
Each 12-week program comes in three tiers: Core (guidance), Complete (adds measurement and clinical care) and Concierge (more access and support).

Our take
What stands out. Published prices are still rare in longevity medicine. Here you know before the first call what a program costs, and the assessment fee is credited toward it. That alone makes comparison easier.
What to weigh up. Telemedicine can't replace every physical examination, and imaging still happens elsewhere. Ask which tests are done locally, how results reach the practice, and in which states care is available.
Who it suits — and who it doesn't. A good fit for metabolic, weight or hormone goals with steady physician contact, wherever you live within the states the practice covers. Less of a fit if you are mainly after an extensive one-day imaging workup. Biograph Membership →
