Longevity clinic marketing that makes your medicine understood.

You practice preventive medicine at a high level. For it to reach the people who are actively looking for it, it has to be understood on Google, in AI answers and in the first five seconds on your website. These are the tools for that — three of them free.

From the daily work on a registry of more than 300 researched longevity providers across the U.S.

The starting point

Excellent medicine that nobody finds helps nobody.

Longevity medicine is searched for before anyone is ill. The people searching are well read, pay out of pocket and compare carefully — often before they call for the first time. That makes your website the consultation before the consultation. It's exactly where many excellent practices lose: not on clinical quality, but on translation.

  • The website explains services in clinical language — people search in everyday words.
  • Every service sits on one page, and Google can't clearly match any of them.
  • AI assistants name other practices because your details are incomplete or contradictory.
  • Enquiries pile up at the front desk, and appointments get shuffled back and forth by phone.
  • Follow-ups get forgotten — yet longevity medicine lives on re-testing over time.
"People who think preventively check preventively. Your practice is compared before it's called."

The journey before the first visit

Five moments decide whether someone calls.

  1. 1

    The question

"How old is my body, really?" Content that starts with the question, not with the service name.

  2. 2

    The search

Google, an AI assistant, a directory. People search in everyday words, with a city attached.

  3. 3

    Five seconds

Who, what, where, for whom? The first screen answers it — or the visit ends.

  4. 4

    The check

Credentials, process, cost. Transparency people can verify is what decides.

  5. 5

    The contact

Online booking, a callback, a clear reply time. Every extra step costs patients.

Marketing a longevity practice isn't advertising. It's the design of these five moments — so that people come to you with the right expectations.

Visibility check · 90 seconds

How visible is your practice, really?

Six questions, answered honestly. You see your visibility index right away, plus the three levers with the biggest effect. No sign-up.

Being found · Being named

The first answer is the new first page.

More and more people no longer ask Google but ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini — and they don't get ten links, they get an answer with two or three names. SEO makes sure you're found. GEO makes sure you're in the answer. Both draw on the same foundation: built together, it's done right once instead of half right twice.

SEO — being found

  • One page per service, with a local reference
  • The terms patients actually type
  • Google Business Profile complete and maintained
  • Fast, mobile, technically clean

GEO — appearing in the AI answer

  • The practice as one unambiguous entity: identical details everywhere
  • Quotable answer blocks on services, process and cost
  • Structured data for the practice, physicians and FAQ
  • Access for AI crawlers and an llms.txt

In short: marketing for longevity clinics

Marketing for longevity clinics means presenting preventive medical services so that informed self-pay patients can find and understand them on Google and in AI assistants. It includes a website with a page per service, a complete Google Business Profile, identical practice details everywhere, quotable answers on process and cost range, and factual wording within FTC, state medical board and HIPAA rules. The Longevity Registry offers a free Practice Guide, a visibility check and a one-pager generator for this.

Frequently asked

What practices ask us most often.

01Can physicians advertise their services at all?+

Yes — truthful, non-misleading information about your practice, training and services is allowed. The FTC requires health claims to be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence and sets rules for endorsements and reviews, state medical boards have their own advertising rules, and HIPAA governs any use of patient information. We write all content accordingly. This isn't legal advice — for specific questions talk to your state medical board or a healthcare attorney.

02What's the difference between SEO and GEO?+

SEO makes sure your practice appears in Google's search results. GEO, Generative Engine Optimization, makes sure AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini know your practice, describe it correctly and name it. Both rest on the same clean data and content.

03Does engaging you affect our listing or the seal?+

No. Listing, review and placement in the registry are completely separate from implementation services. Engaging us neither improves your assessment nor replaces the review for the seal.

04We already have a website. Does it need rebuilding?+

Not necessarily. In the briefing we check whether what you have is a workable base. Often targeted SEO and GEO work is enough; sometimes a rebuild is the more economical route. You get a clear recommendation with the reasons.

05How do you handle patient data?+

Protected health information is regulated under HIPAA. Workflows from Package B are built so that patient data only sits in systems suited to it, with a signed Business Associate Agreement and U.S. hosting. AI handles organisational tasks — it doesn't diagnose and gives no medical advice.

06Does it work with our existing scheduling system?+

We connect existing online scheduling systems as long as they offer an embed or an API. Which solution fits you is settled in the briefing — before any price is fixed.

07What does implementation cost?+

Package A starts at $5,900, Package B at $9,900 plus operation and maintenance from $249 a month. You receive the fixed quote after a short briefing, depending on scope, the number of service pages and the workflows you want. All prices in USD and exclude applicable tax.

08Who delivers the packages?+

Implementation is delivered in collaboration with AMO Consulting, an advisory firm for longevity, healthspan and premium health brands. AMO Consulting helped develop The Longevity Registry and knows the field from the daily curation work.

09Who are the free tools for?+

For every longevity and preventive medicine practice in the United States — whether or not your practice is listed in the registry.

Prevention means starting early — with your patients and with your practice.
